Refund & Returns Policy

At August Berg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your package.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. The product must be returned with all original packaging, including the watch box, accessories, manuals, tags, protective films, and any other items included with the original order.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns if the item shows signs of wear, use, damage, or if any protective films, tags, or original packaging have been removed, damaged, or reattached.
How to request a return
To request a return, please contact us at contact@augustberg.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions. Please do not send any items back before contacting us and receiving confirmation from our customer service team.
Return shipping
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the item until it has been safely received and approved by us.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or without prior return approval.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be securely packed in their original packaging to avoid damage during shipping. If a returned item shows signs of use, wear, damage, missing parts, or is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Refunds

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or model, please return your original order in accordance with this policy and place a new order on our website.
Duties, taxes, and import fees
Please note that August Berg is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling fees charged by local authorities or shipping providers. If you return an item from outside the country of dispatch, any duties, taxes, or import fees paid in connection with the original delivery may not be refundable by August Berg.
You may be able to apply for a refund of such charges through your local customs authority, depending on the rules in your country.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@augustberg.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the case and assist you with the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Pre-orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, the payment may be charged when the order is placed. Pre-order items may be subject to specific cancellation or return conditions, which will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated at the time of purchase.
