For every order we receive, a formula estimates the shipping emissions generated. Based on that estimate, a portion of our revenue goes to carbon removal companies vetted by experts at Carbon Direct.
These companies use the funds to offset the carbon emissions produced by our shipments. Any surplus is dedicated to advancing carbon removal technologies — so the impact compounds far beyond a single delivery.
