Edit: great response to a mistake (orig: No attention to detail)

Edit: the team reached out to me and is sending me a watch without the poor engraving on it. They were extremely accommodating and offered to remedy the situation with great care. Mistakes happen and this organization made sure to do what they had the ability to do to make it better. Would buy from them again. Original: Look, the watch on its own is very pretty and looks great. But this was an anniversary gift and I paid for the custom words on the back that were supposed to wrap around the outside of the top part of the back of the watch. Instead, it cuts across. I couldn’t get it fixed and back in time before our gift exchange so I live with that problem now.
