4.5The mesh strap destroys clothing and other fabrics. The sales associates stated this is a standard design feature and not a quality issue when I contacted them about it being a defective product. I will never purchase from August Berg again.
If I could give Zero Stars I would
I absolutely love all the watches on this website, so I ordered one, it came and the first time I wore it it stopped working. I asked to send it back for a refund since it was defective. The response I received was no, you can replace the battery and we will refund you up to $30, since it seems like a battery issue. They couldn’t tell me for sure that’s what it was and wouldn’t take it back to look at it. So I replaced the battery and now the watch is loosing time, so if you want a watch that works or a company that stands behind their product this isn’t the place.
